Ubuntu环境执行sudo rails server提示找不到irb？问题求助

在Ubuntu系统中，直接执行rails server能正常启动服务，但使用sudo命令绑定0.0.0.0的80端口（命令：sudo rails server -b 0.0.0.0 -p 80）时，出现错误：

Could not find irb-1.6.3 in any of the sources
Run 'bundle install' to install missing gems.

已执行过bundle install，输出显示irb 1.6.3已安装；同样，执行HTTPS启动命令sudo rails server -b 'ssl://0.0.0.0:443?key=/etc/letsencrypt/live/my_website_domain/privkey.pem&cert=/etc/letsencrypt/live/my_website_domain/fullchain.pem'时，也出现相同错误。

这是因为sudo会切换到root用户环境，而root用户使用的Ruby环境和你当前普通用户的Ruby环境不一致——你通过bundle install安装的gem是放在普通用户的Ruby环境目录下，root用户的Ruby环境找不到这些gem。

方法1：用sudo执行bundle exec启动服务 #

直接让root用户使用bundle管理的gem环境，命令改为：

sudo bundle exec rails server -b 0.0.0.0 -p 80

HTTPS启动同理：

sudo bundle exec rails server -b 'ssl://0.0.0.0:443?key=/etc/letsencrypt/live/my_website_domain/privkey.pem&cert=/etc/letsencrypt/live/my_website_domain/fullchain.pem'

方法2：给Ruby程序绑定低端口的权限 #

Linux系统默认限制普通用户绑定1024以下端口，你可以给Ruby程序添加绑定低端口的权限，这样就不用sudo启动了：

sudo setcap 'cap_net_bind_service=+ep' $(which ruby)

执行完这条命令后，直接用普通用户执行启动命令即可：

rails server -b 0.0.0.0 -p 80

或者对应的HTTPS启动命令。

方法3：同步sudo的Ruby环境变量 #

如果需要sudo时使用和普通用户相同的Ruby环境，可以修改sudoers配置：

1. 执行sudo visudo打开配置文件
2. 添加一行：

Defaults env_keep += "PATH GEM_HOME GEM_PATH"

3. 保存退出后，再执行sudo启动命令即可。注意：修改sudoers文件需谨慎，避免配置错误导致sudo无法使用。
