如何避免NSWindow中的内容被标题栏遮挡？

在macOS开发中，使用NSViewController托管视图时，NSWindow内的内容位置正常；但手动创建NSWindow并设置.fullSizeContentView样式后，直接给window.contentView赋值的视图会被标题栏遮挡，且不想通过约束或硬编码值解决。
