引用其他项目时SQLClient失效：无法加载System.Data.SqlClient程序集

问题背景 #

将Silverlight应用迁移至Blazor/Razor前端，对接.NET Framework 4.8的InternalDAL时，调用FillWithPendingById方法触发错误：

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlClient, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'. The system cannot find the file specified.

已尝试安装NuGet包、升级DAL框架版本等操作，但问题未解决，希望无需重写查询即可修复。

修复步骤 #

1. 添加程序集绑定重定向

在Blazor Server项目的web.config中添加程序集重定向规则，明确指定System.Data.SqlClient的版本：

3. 清理重建解决方案

• 手动删除所有项目的bin和obj文件夹
• 在Visual Studio中依次执行：清理解决方案 → 重建解决方案
• 重启Visual Studio，清除编译缓存

4. 验证TableAdapter配置

打开InternalDAL中的PaymentDataSet.xsd设计器：

• 检查TableAdapter的连接字符串是否正确
• 确认连接字符串的提供者为System.Data.SqlClient
