ClamAV自动更新失效排查方案

确认clamav-freshclam服务状态
多数Linux发行版中，ClamAV的自动更新是由clamav-freshclam系统服务负责，而非clamav-daemon本身。先检查服务是否正常运行：
```
systemctl status clamav-freshclam
```
如果服务未启动，执行以下命令启动并设置开机自启：
```
systemctl start clamav-freshclam
systemctl enable clamav-freshclam
```
若服务启动失败，查看系统日志定位错误：
```
journalctl -u clamav-freshclam
```
验证freshclam.conf配置是否生效
修改freshclam.conf后，必须重启clamav-freshclam服务才能加载新配置。先测试配置文件语法：
```
freshclam --config-test
```
确认输出中无错误提示，且Checks=48参数被正确识别。
排查私有镜像的服务运行上下文差异
手动执行freshclam成功不代表服务运行时环境相同。检查服务的环境变量是否存在代理、DNS解析等问题：
```
systemctl show clamav-freshclam -p Environment
```
同时再次确认freshclam.conf中DatabaseMirror指向的私有镜像地址完整且正确，避免路径、协议（http/https）遗漏。
检查cron任务状态（针对旧版或特定发行版）
部分旧版ClamAV或Debian/Ubuntu早期发行版，默认通过cron定时执行freshclam。检查clamav用户的crontab：
```
su - clamav -c "crontab -l"
```
若原有定时任务被删除或注释，需恢复cron任务，或切换到systemd服务模式实现自动更新。
