Shiny+DT单列可编辑异常：服务器无法捕获编辑内容原因？

问题背景 #

需求是仅让表格的budget列可编辑，服务端能捕获用户修改内容；点击「update」按钮时，表格根据编辑后的budget值生成mrA和mrB列。当前代码在设置editable = TRUE时功能正常，但通过disable参数禁用其他列后，服务端无法捕获编辑事件，点击更新按钮无任何反应。

问题原因 #

1. 列索引计数规则错误：DT包中editable配置的列索引是从0开始计数的，而你代码中用了c(1,3,4)（从1开始的索引），导致禁用的列和预期完全不符：

   • 初始表格只有两列：country（索引0）、budget（索引1），此时disable中的1会把唯一需要编辑的budget列直接禁用，自然无法触发编辑事件。
   • 点击更新后表格新增mrA（索引2）、mrB（索引3）列，你设置的3,4中4是不存在的列索引，会导致DT的编辑配置逻辑出错，进一步阻断事件传递到服务端。

2. 动态列场景下disable参数的局限性：因为表格列数会随「update」按钮点击变化，用disable指定禁用列需要每次匹配当前列数，维护成本高且易出错，不如直接指定允许编辑的列更可靠。

修复方案 #

将editable的配置改为用enable参数指定允许编辑的列（0-based索引），这样不管表格列数如何变化，都能精准锁定budget列：

修改renderDataTable中的editable配置：
