生产版APK无法覆盖旧版安装的问题排查与解决

问题背景

  • 原Android项目无Build Variant，使用自定义Keystore签名生产APK，未发布至Google Play商店
  • 新增Product Flavors实现UAT版与生产版在同一设备共存：UAT版使用新包名可正常安装，生产版保留原包名，但无法覆盖旧版安装，报错：App not installed as package appears to be invalid

问题排查与修复方案

1. 签名配置一致性检查

  • 确保signingConfigs.release中的storeFile路径指向旧版使用的同一个Keystore文件，路径错误会导致签名不一致，无法覆盖
  • 验证storePassword、keyAlias、keyPassword与旧版完全一致，任何拼写错误都会导致签名验证失败

2. 显式指定Build Type的签名配置

新版在defaultConfig中设置了签名，但建议在buildTypes.release中显式添加签名配置，避免Flavor与Build Type组合时的签名继承异常：

3. 验证APK包名与版本号

  • 构建生产版APK后，用命令aapt dump badging your-prod-release.apk查看输出中的package: name='com.cropinsurance.krishak'，确认包名与旧版一致
  • 确认新版versionCode（14）大于旧版已安装APK的versionCode，Android不允许versionCode更低的包覆盖高版本

4. Firebase配置验证

生产Flavor对应的google-services.json必须与旧版一致，否则Firebase的配置差异会导致包验证失败。如果使用不同的Flavor配置Firebase，需确保生产Flavor的配置完全匹配旧版。

5. 清理并重新构建

  • 执行./gradlew clean清理构建缓存，避免旧配置残留
  • 重新构建生产版Release APK：./gradlew assembleTypeBuildProdRelease
