Azure App Service Bicep配置AlwaysOn属性失效问题排查

我尝试为托管在Basic定价层专用App Service中的Function App，通过Bicep用以下两种方式将AlwaysOn配置为true，但两种方式均不生效：

• 在properties/siteConfig配置段中设置alwaysOn: true
• 创建“config”类型的子资源

我的Bicep代码如下：
