方法1：手动克隆仓库后本地执行kustomize #

• 先克隆Kubeflow Pipelines的manifests仓库到本地：

  git clone --depth=1 --branch $PIPELINE_VERSION https://github.com/kubeflow/pipelines.git
  

• 进入目标目录：

  cd pipelines/manifests/kustomize/cluster-scoped-resources
  

• 本地执行kubectl apply：

  kubectl apply -k .
  

方法2：延长Git超时时间 #

• 先设置Git全局参数，提升超时阈值：

  git config --global http.postBuffer 524288000
  git config --global http.lowSpeedLimit 0

• 重新执行原kubectl命令：
