如何在htmltools::html_print预览中加载本地data.csv文件?
解决RStudio Viewer中HTML/JS访问本地CSV文件的问题
下面提供三种无需依赖外部服务器的解决方案,适配你的htmltools工作流:
方案1:将CSV数据内嵌到HTML中(最直接)
把CSV数据直接写入JS代码,完全避免外部文件请求。两种实现方式:
方式A:转成JSON直接使用
library(htmltools) library(jsonlite) library(readr) # 读取本地CSV并转成JSON csv_data <- read_csv("data.csv") json_data <- toJSON(csv_data, auto_unbox = TRUE) # 构建HTML <body> body = withTags( body(svg(), script(HTML(paste( 'let plot = d3.select("svg").attr("width", 600).attr("height", 400).html("");', paste0('const data = ', json_data, ';'), # 内嵌JSON数据 'console.log(data);', # 后续直接用data变量处理逻辑即可 sep = "\n" )))) )
方式B:用d3.csvParse解析CSV字符串
library(htmltools) library(readr) # 读取CSV内容为字符串 csv_string <- read_file("data.csv") # 构建HTML <body> body = withTags( body(svg(), script(HTML(paste( 'let plot = d3.select("svg").attr("width", 600).attr("height", 400).html("");', paste0('const csvContent = `', csv_string, '`;'), 'const data = d3.csvParse(csvContent);', # d3解析CSV字符串 'console.log(data);', sep = "\n" )))) )
方案2:将CSV注册为HTML依赖(让RStudio Viewer托管文件)
通过htmlDependency把CSV文件注册为HTML的依赖资源,这样html_print启动的本地服务器会自动托管该文件:
library(htmltools) # 定义CSV依赖(替换src为你的CSV实际所在目录) csv_dep <- htmlDependency( name = "data-csv", version = "1.0.0", src = c(file = getwd()), # 假设CSV在当前工作目录 file = "data.csv" ) # 把依赖附加到最终HTML标签上 final_with_dep <- attachDependencies(final, csv_dep) # 调用output_file时传入带依赖的HTML output_file(final_with_dep)
如果CSV在d3plot文件夹里,把src改成c(file = "d3plot")即可,此时JS里的d3.csv("data.csv")就能正常请求到文件。
方案3:用servr启动本地静态服务器
安装servr包,启动一个指向目标文件夹的静态服务器,浏览器访问时可直接读取同目录文件:
install.packages("servr") # 首次安装运行 library(htmltools) library(servr) library(readr) # 修改output_file函数 output_file = function(html, folder = "d3plot", file = "d3plot.html", lang = "en"){ file_path <- paste0(folder, "/", file) htmltools::save_html(html, file = file_path, lang = lang) # 保留你原有的HTML标签修复逻辑 fileContent = readr::read_file(file_path) fileContent = gsub("<html>\n", "", fileContent) fileContent = gsub("</html>\n</html>", "</html>", fileContent) readr::write_file(fileContent, file_path) # 启动本地服务器并打开浏览器 servr::httd(dir = folder, browser = TRUE) }
