WPF ListView中加拿大法语键盘}键失效问题及求解决方法

WPF的ListView默认键盘导航逻辑会拦截部分Alt组合键，加拿大法语键盘中通过**Right-Alt（Alt Gr）+<**输入}的组合键恰好被ListView处理，导致内部的TextBox无法接收该按键事件，而外部TextBox不受影响。
