方案1:迁移到R Markdown直接生成PDF
ShinyApps默认预装了tinytex轻量级TeX发行版,这是最稳妥的方案——把原本用officer构建docx的逻辑,迁移到R Markdown文档里,直接渲染成PDF:
- 如果你用
officer是为了制作复杂表格、格式化文本,可以用同生态的flextable在R Markdown里实现相同效果,配合Markdown原生语法处理标题、段落格式 - 在Shiny应用里调用
