如何让JFreeChart实现优雅缩放且保持文本元素尺寸固定？

问题根源是默认ChartPanel会让整个图表（含坐标轴标签、图例等）同步缩放，我们需要让绘图区（Plot）单独填充新增空间，其他元素保持原始尺寸。

1. 锁定ChartPanel的缩放行为 #

禁用整体图表缩放，只允许绘图区响应空间变化：

2. 调整图表与绘图区的边距 #
