VS 2022中Git Clone仓库失败求助：无法启动进程文件未找到

尝试通过Git URL将源代码仓库克隆到本地时，Visual Studio 2022弹出以下错误：

Unable to start process. 
Process creation failed because the file cannot be found.

我已经尝试过以下操作，但问题依然存在：

• 卸载并重新安装Git（安装Git的过程中本身就出现了问题）
• 卸载并重新安装Visual Studio
