1. 用Power Automate日期函数生成标准格式
   避免手动输入日期字符串，直接使用内置函数生成符合Azure AD要求的ISO 8601格式日期。例如：

   • 当前日期：formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss.fffZ')
   • 指定日期变量：formatDateTime(variables('HireDate'), 'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss.fffZ')
     注意保留毫秒部分（.fff），部分场景下Azure AD要求此精度。

2. 验证日期合法性
   确认输入的日期是有效日期（如2月无30日、4月无31日等），非法日期会被Power Automate转换为异常字符串，导致Azure AD拒绝。

3. 直接调用Graph API测试
   用Postman等工具调用Azure AD Graph API验证格式是否正确：

   • 请求方式：PATCH
   • 请求地址：https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users/{用户ID}
   • 请求体：
