解决tkinter切换Forest主题时出现“Theme already exists”错误

问题原因

错误_tkinter.TclError: Theme forest-light already exists是因为每次切换主题时，你都重复调用window.tk.call('source', themeTCL)加载主题的TCL脚本。而Forest主题的TCL文件中注册主题的逻辑没有判断主题是否已存在，重复加载就会触发重复注册的报错。

解决方案

只需要在程序初始化阶段一次性加载所有需要的主题TCL文件，后续切换主题时直接调用ttk.Style().theme_use()切换已注册的主题即可，无需重复加载脚本。
