如何在CustomListView筛选框编辑时屏蔽Backspace返回快捷键？

因为无法修改CustomListView的内部实现，所以只能从返回按钮的Backspace快捷键触发条件入手：只有当当前没有处于编辑状态的筛选文本框时，才允许触发返回命令。

通过给返回命令的CanExecute方法添加判断逻辑，精准识别焦点是否在CustomListView的表头筛选框内：

为什么之前的方法无效？ #

• ListView.IsKeyboardFocused：只有ListView自身获得焦点时才为true，文本框获焦时该属性为false，无法识别编辑状态。
• ListView.IsInputMethodEnabled：该属性仅表示输入法是否启用，和文本框是否处于编辑状态无直接关联，因此无法作为判断依据。
