Firebase Storage报错[firebase_storage/object-not-found]：指定引用无对象存在

问题核心：切换到未上传过头像的账号时，initState里调用的getUrl()方法直接尝试获取不存在的文件下载链接，触发firebase_storage/object-not-found异常且未捕获，导致应用崩溃。

修改getUrl()方法，捕获Storage异常，同时对用户ID做空安全校验；另外优化文件上传前的空判断，避免late变量未初始化报错。
