1. 直接修复当前报错 #

你遇到的错误核心是**network_interface_ids属性要求传入字符串列表（每个元素是NIC的ID），但你现在传入的是包含一个map的列表**，类型不匹配。同时你的NIC资源定义里还有一个小错误：name字段引用了不存在的each.value.nic，应该是each.value.nic_name。

• 原vm_template里的hostname字段多了一个引号，必须修正为"vm-test"

• 如果需要为不同NIC分配不同子网，可以在nic_tempalte中新增subnet_name字段，再通过data资源获取对应子网ID
