Magento 2.4.5环境下AWS OpenSearch连接与GoDaddy SMTP配置故障求助

排查与解决步骤 #

• 核对Magento后台核心配置

  1. 进入后台 Stores > Configuration > Catalog > Catalog Search
  2. 确认 Elasticsearch Server Hostname 填写OpenSearch的完整端点（如 vpc-your-cluster.us-east-1.es.amazonaws.com），不要添加http://或https://前缀
  3. Elasticsearch Server Port 设为 443（AWS OpenSearch默认强制HTTPS，而非9200）
  4. 勾选 Enable Elasticsearch HTTP Auth，填入OpenSearch的访问用户名和密码
  5. 务必勾选 Enable SSL，保存配置后清除缓存：bin/magento cache:flush

• 验证系统证书信任
  AWS OpenSearch的SSL证书由公共CA签发，确保EC2服务器的根证书库完整：

  sudo apt update && sudo apt install ca-certificates
  sudo update-ca-certificates
  

  若临时测试，可在Magento的app/etc/env.php中添加临时跳过证书验证的配置（不建议长期使用）：

• 更换维护活跃的SMTP扩展
  magepal的扩展已停止维护，推荐使用snowdog/magento2-smtp：

  bin/magento cache:flush
  

  后台配置路径：Stores > Configuration > Advanced > System > SMTP Settings，填入以下参数：

  • Host：smtpout.secureserver.net
  • Port：465（或尝试587搭配TLS协议）
  • Authentication：Login
  • Username：你的GoDaddy邮箱地址（如admin@yourdomain.com）
  • Password：邮箱密码（若开启2FA，需使用应用专用密码）
  • Protocol：SSL（对应465端口）或TLS（对应587端口）

• 手动配置env.php（无需扩展）
  直接在app/etc/env.php的system数组中添加SMTP配置：
