如何设置Markdown表格的全屏宽度？

标准Markdown本身没有设置表格宽度的原生语法，表格最终渲染样式由解析它的平台（如GitHub、Stack Overflow等）控制。以下两种方法可实现全屏宽度效果：

方法1：嵌入HTML表格（支持HTML的平台通用） #

直接使用HTML表格标签，通过内联CSS强制宽度为100%，能让表格撑满容器宽度：
