注册ISV二级客户资料时遇70002错误：添加地址失败

我正在完成Twilio A2P 10DLC ISV API入驻流程的步骤1.7，已成功将authorized_representative_1、customer_profile_business_information和primary_customer_profile添加至二级客户资料，但尝试添加地址时收到以下错误：

我已验证传入的是正确的地址SID（从Twilio账户中获取），且该地址在Twilio控制台中的格式正确。
