能否在不借助标签的情况下将K8s Service关联到无标签的Pod？

如果必须为无标签Pod创建Service，可以通过手动定义Endpoints实现：

1. 先创建Endpoints对象，指向目标Pod的IP和端口：

由于Service未指定selector，Kubernetes不会自动生成Endpoints，而是直接使用手动创建的Endpoints资源，从而将流量转发到无标签Pod。

注意事项 #

手动维护Endpoints缺乏动态性：当Pod重启、重建或IP变化时，需要手动更新Endpoints中的IP地址。因此官方仍推荐给Pod添加标签，让Service通过selector自动管理Endpoints，这才是Kubernetes服务发现的标准模式。
