StackLayout嵌套ScrollView滚动失效：聚焦TextField时无法滚动

页面采用StackLayout嵌套ScrollView的结构，当聚焦TextField输入内容时，页面无法正常滚动，期望输入过程中仍能自由滚动页面。

解决步骤 #

1. 移除不必要的布局嵌套 #

最外层的StackLayout仅包裹了一个Frame，属于冗余嵌套，会干扰布局系统对ScrollView可滚动区域的计算，尤其是软键盘弹出时的布局调整。直接将Frame作为ContentPage.Content的子元素即可。

2. 调整内部容器布局属性 #

将ScrollView内部的StackLayout的VerticalOptions从FillAndExpand改为Start——因为ScrollView本身已经负责滚动逻辑，内部容器不需要再抢占剩余空间，否则会导致高度计算异常。

3. 适配Android软键盘行为 #

在Android平台，默认软键盘弹出时不会自动调整页面布局，需要手动设置软键盘模式为AdjustResize，让页面随软键盘高度调整，确保ScrollView的滚动区域正常。在页面的后台代码中添加：

原理说明 #
