问题场景 #

在Docker环境下调用Shopware 6的productRepository读取产品数据时触发上述503错误，但使用其他仓库执行相同查询逻辑完全正常。

排查方向 #

• 容器资源不足：Product查询通常会关联更多数据（分类、属性、媒体文件等），比其他仓库查询更耗资源。用docker stats查看容器实时CPU、内存占用，确认是否因资源耗尽触发503。
• 数据库性能瓶颈：Product表数据量大或关联查询复杂，可能导致数据库超时。通过docker logs <数据库容器名>查看日志，检查是否有慢查询、连接数耗尽等问题。
• 索引异常：如果启用了Elasticsearch，Product索引损坏或未同步会导致查询超时。进入PHP容器执行bin/console dal:refresh:index重建索引试试。
• Apache配置限制：Apache的Timeout、MaxRequestWorkers参数过小，Product查询耗时超过阈值会触发503。进入Apache容器检查apache2.conf或站点配置文件中的相关参数。
• 产品数据损坏：目标ID对应的Product可能存在无效关联数据（比如错误的媒体ID、分类ID），查询时触发致命错误。可以换其他Product ID测试，或直接在数据库中检查该产品的关联字段是否合法。
