递归函数tag_to_value未返回正确值，调用后始终得到0

我做了一个GUI程序，用控件的Tag属性关联设备内存地址。点击按钮时需要根据标签列表找到对应控件的值，再发送到设备对应地址。其他功能正常，但查找匹配Tag的控件并返回值的函数有问题：调试时明明在Return CDbl(tempitem.value)处能拿到正确值，但调用函数的地方始终得到0。

问题原因 #

1. 递归返回值处理错误：遍历TabControl的TabPages时，每次递归调用都会覆盖函数变量，但没有立即判断是否找到值，后续循环可能导致正确结果被覆盖；函数开头的If tag_to_value <> Nothing Then Return tag_to_value逻辑混乱，直接用函数名判断返回值是错误的。
2. 默认返回值干扰：Double类型的默认值是0，即使找到正确值，上层递归如果没有及时返回，最终可能还是返回默认的0。
3. 控件遍历逻辑漏洞：递归调用后未终止后续遍历，可能导致正确结果被忽略。
