Ionic Capacitor：LocalNotification在Web正常但iOS设备无响应求助

1. 权限处理缺失 #

iOS要求用户明确授权通知权限，你的代码仅调用了requestPermissions()但未处理授权结果，若用户拒绝权限，通知会直接失效。需补充权限校验：
