解决Shiny中LaTeX内容无法正确渲染的问题

问题根源

你当前的写法存在两个核心问题：

helpText()会将内容视为纯文本输出，不会解析LaTeX的章节、列表等排版命令
withMathJax()仅负责渲染数学公式（如$y = \beta_0 + \beta_1x$这类），不处理LaTeX的文档结构语法

解决方案

推荐用Markdown替代LaTeX结构语法（Shiny对Markdown原生支持更好），若需渲染数学公式，再结合withMathJax()。具体修改如下：

1. 重构内容为Markdown格式

把原LaTeX格式的变量改成Markdown语法：
