解决Eclipse中本地WebSphere Liberty部署Web Service的WSDL访问异常

我需要在Eclipse中完成本地WebSphere Liberty（WLP）上Web Service的测试与部署，但遇到无法正常访问WSDL的问题，请求协助排查解决。

Eclipse中的Web Service界面 #

Web Services Explorer测试报错 #

原本预期通过Web Services Explorer浏览Web Service中的方法，并传入不同参数进行调用，但浏览器中出现如下错误信息：

IWAB0379E Unable to open http://localhost:9080/CognosIDM/CognosIDMService?WSDL.
IWAB0135E An unexpected error has occurred.
WSDLException
WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://localhost:9080/CognosIDM/CognosIDMService?WSDL
