问题根源 #

1. 异步状态更新未触发UI重建：initState中调用的CheckLoginUusuario是异步方法，当从SharedPreferences获取到islogin值时，没有调用setState()通知Flutter框架更新UI，导致build方法始终使用初始的null值，直接渲染登录页。
2. SharedPreferences初始化错误：ValidarLoginServices类中直接在成员变量位置使用await初始化prefs，属于语法错误，会导致代码无法正确执行，进而可能没成功写入登录状态。
3. 未处理islogin为null的情况：首次启动App时，SharedPreferences中没有CheckEstadoLogin键，islogin会是null，此时islogin == true不成立，会默认显示登录页，但后续登录后的值更新没有触发UI刷新。
