Digital Ocean应用构建异常：已配置TypeScript依赖却提示未安装

近两天在Digital Ocean（DO）应用平台构建项目，代码未做任何改动，仅执行强制重新部署构建操作后，突然出现如下报错：

同时，staging分支构建完全正常，两个分支的依赖版本完全一致：
