使用Win32创建Outlook规则：无法设置CopyToFolder目标文件夹

问题背景 #

我正在编写Python代码更新Outlook规则，规则包含3个条件：

• 发件人邮箱包含特定字符串
• 邮件带有附件
• OnLocalMachine为true
  规则只需1个操作：将邮件**复制（而非移动）**到预定义目标文件夹，但这个操作始终无法生效。
