Heroku Postgres自动更新后表缓存率骤降引发延迟飙升求助

我的standard-0级Postgres数据库昨日完成自动更新后，表缓存率从100%降至约78%，大量请求需从磁盘读取，引发严重延迟峰值。此期间未部署任何代码变更，不清楚问题根源。
