Python调用IBM MaaS360 API失败，请求连接异常求助

核心错误：域名解析失败 #

你遇到的nodename nor servname provided, or not known错误，本质是无法解析IBM MaaS360的API域名，导致无法建立服务器连接。

解决步骤： #

• 先在终端执行 ping services.m1.maas360.com，检查是否能正常解析并收到响应。如果ping不通，说明你的网络环境（比如公司内网防火墙、代理设置）阻止了该域名访问，需联系IT团队开放权限，或检查本地代理配置。
• 如果ping能通，确认代码中api_base_url变量是完整的HTTPS前缀（比如https://services.m1.maas360.com），不要漏掉https://——缺少协议前缀会导致requests把域名当成路径处理，直接引发解析失败。

代码中的其他问题 #

1. check_response_status函数逻辑冗余且错误
   原函数重复判断status_code !=200，且500状态码的判断永远不会执行（因为先触发了!=200的异常）。同时MaaS360错误响应多为XML格式，原代码用response.json()解析会报错，修改如下：

2. 重复调用状态检查函数
   在fetch_maas360_data中，请求设备数据后已经调用过一次check_response_status(response)，后面重复调用的那行完全没必要，直接删除。

3. XML解析容错处理
   解析XML节点时，若节点不存在，find().text会抛出AttributeError，需添加容错：

   device_name = device.find('deviceName').text if device.find('deviceName') is not None else 'N/A'
   platform_name = device.find('platformName').text if device.find('platformName') is not None else 'N/A'
   maas360_device_id = device.find('maas360DeviceID').text if device.find('maas360DeviceID') is not None else 'N/A'

不用复杂配置，先做基础连通性测试：

1. 打开Postman，新建POST请求，URL填完整认证地址：https://services.m1.maas360.com/auth-apis/auth/1.0/authenticate/你的billing_id
2. 在Headers中添加Content-Type: application/xml
3. 在Body选择raw，格式选XML，粘贴替换好凭据的认证XML：
