Xamarin Forms Android无Entry页面焦点异常问题求助

方案1：自定义不可获焦的导航栏按钮（原生层面禁用焦点） #

由于Xamarin Forms内置的IsTabStop=false在Android原生控件上可能不生效，直接通过自定义渲染器修改按钮的原生属性：

1. 在共享项目中创建自定义ImageButton：

public class NonFocusableImageButton : ImageButton

2. 在Android项目中添加对应的渲染器：
