部署在Azure的React应用含长Token的重置密码URL报错

我使用React和React Router Dom在Azure上部署了前端应用，存在一个带Token的重置密码链接：

该链接在本地环境可正常使用，但部署到Azure后出现错误：

"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

我已添加了网上推荐的web.config配置，该配置可处理短URL，但不清楚如何解决含长Token的URL问题。当前配置内容如下：
