   由于input标签的TagHelper写法无法直接链式调用扩展方法，需改用Html.TextBoxFor生成控件：

   @Html.TextBoxFor(m => m.CustInfo.ORG_ID, new { @class = "form-control text-uppercase" })
       .DisableIf(Model.RecMode == (short)RecModeId.Update)
   

二、更优雅的实现方式：自定义TagHelper #

操作HTML字符串容易出现解析错误，推荐使用Razor TagHelper实现条件禁用，这是符合现代Razor开发的最佳实践：

1. 创建TagHelper类
