方案1:用HTML服务构建客户端交互界面
通过Google Script的HTML服务生成网页,让用户输入令牌后直接在本地浏览器向目标服务器发请求,再把结果同步回表格:

部署成Web应用后,用户访问这个链接操作即可,所有请求都从用户本地IP发出,和Google服务器完全无关。
方案2:优化现有手动流程
如果不想做复杂的Web应用,可以简化当前的手动操作:自动生成带令牌的请求链接,让用户直接打开获取响应再粘贴:

注意事项
- 如果目标服务器存在跨域限制,用户直接在浏览器地址栏打开生成的链接即可获取响应,再复制结果到表格。
- Web应用部署时注意权限设置,根据需求选择“仅限域内用户”或“任何人访问”。
