为WPF应用实现自定义标题栏UserControl，通过SendMessage(_windowInteropHelper.Handle, 0x112, 0xf012, 0)实现窗口拖动功能，但拖动后整个应用界面停止响应（无法输入文本、按钮无悬停效果等），尝试添加Mouse.Capture(null)无效。
