Spring Boot应用启动失败：无法找到指定路径的application.properties

使用Eclipse开发Spring Boot项目，此前所有项目运行正常，但现在启动应用时出现错误：系统尝试从桌面路径C:\Users\kashi\Desktop\application.properties读取配置文件，而非项目的resource目录。此前可正常运行的项目及仅包含单个Rest Controller的新项目均出现该问题。已尝试更换工作区、清理本地Maven依赖、重装Eclipse，但仍无法运行任何Spring Boot项目。
