使用execSync执行diff命令对比文件时抛出异常的问题

问题原因 #

diff命令的退出码规则是：

• 0：文件内容完全一致
• 1：文件存在差异
• 2：执行出错（比如文件不存在）

而Node.js的execSync默认会将所有非0退出码判定为执行失败，所以当diff检测到文件差异（退出码1）时，会触发catch块抛出异常——这就是报错的核心原因，shell环境不会把退出码1当成错误，但execSync会。

解决方案 #

方案一：在catch中区分正常差异与真正错误

修改代码，在catch块里判断错误的status值，若为1则是diff返回的正常差异结果，直接返回stdout；其他状态才是真正的执行错误：

• 路径问题：务必确认文件路径正确，推荐使用绝对路径（借助path.resolve），避免因execSync的工作目录与shell不一致导致找不到文件。
