失效原因 #

1. 路径相对关系问题：ESLint的ignorePatterns规则是相对于当前配置文件所在目录生效的。根配置的"**/*"会忽略项目根目录下的所有文件；子模块的"!**/*"仅取消忽略子模块目录（libs/utils/common/）下的文件，转换为根目录相对路径是!libs/utils/common/**/*。
2. 规则合并与执行顺序：ESLint会合并继承的ignorePatterns数组（根配置规则在前，子模块规则在后），但Nx的lint命令在预检查阶段，会先基于根配置的"**/*"判定所有文件被忽略，没有正确应用子模块的否定规则；同时ESLint对跨目录的否定规则匹配逻辑也可能导致识别失效。

解决方法 #

方法1：修正子模块的否定规则路径 #

将子模块的ignorePatterns改为相对于根目录的路径，确保否定规则精准匹配：

方法2：强制跳过忽略检查 #

执行lint命令时添加--no-ignore参数，强制ESLint忽略配置中的忽略规则：

如果不需要全局忽略所有文件，直接删除根配置中的"**/*"（注意：此操作可能影响Nx默认的项目lint范围，需根据实际需求调整）：
