Windows任务栏的固定机制核心依赖应用程序用户模型ID（AppUserModelID）：

• 默认情况下，同一可执行文件的所有实例会共用同一个AppUserModelID，因此固定运行中的实例时，Windows会生成仅指向主exe的快捷方式，不会保留当前实例的命令行参数；

通过P/Invoke调用Windows原生API，给每个带特定参数的实例设置独立的AppUserModelID，让Windows识别为不同的"应用"。

在主程序代码顶部添加API声明，再在窗体加载事件中设置ID：

2. 让固定的快捷方式保留命令行参数 #
