Java 17升级后WebClient onStatus编译错误：HttpStatus::isError适配问题

问题原因 #

1. 替换方法引用：将HttpStatus::isError改为HttpStatusCode::isError。HttpStatusCode是Spring 6.x新增的顶层HTTP状态码接口，HttpStatus实现了该接口，且HttpStatusCode本身定义了isError()方法，完全匹配Predicate<HttpStatusCode>的要求。
2. 修正lambda语法：删除response ->后的多余逗号。
