Power Automate云流显示成功但所有步骤实际失败问题求助

异常现象 #

• 运行历史记录显示成功，但每个触发项和操作均报错：Unexpected error. NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.
• 收到2封成功提示邮件，但OneNote中未生成任何页面

连接状态情况 #

Outlook连接显示"Permissions"，已删除并重新创建连接，结果无变化；流可正常启动，似乎连接状态无问题。
