Beamer模板标题栏与侧边栏冲突：侧边栏无法铺满幻灯片高度

解决方法及关键修改 #

1. 修正标题栏高度计算 #

原标题栏的tikzpicture包含超出边界的章节名称节点，加上额外的\vskip6pt，导致Beamer无法正确识别标题栏实际高度，进而挤压内容区域。通过以下调整修复：

• 用\raisebox{-0.4cm}将标题栏整体上移，抵消下方节点的垂直占用
• 添加\setbeamersize{headline=0.8cm}明确指定标题栏高度，让Beamer正确预留顶部空间

2. 调整侧边栏布局 #

• 移除\useoutertheme中的height=0cm参数，该参数会限制侧边栏高度
• 重新定义侧边栏模板，使其从页面顶部直接延伸至底部，不受标题栏和页脚影响
