MAUI项目中用CommunityToolkit.Mvvm处理Entry绑定可空long属性的问题

问题出在默认绑定转换逻辑上：当Entry内容为空时，绑定系统无法将空字符串直接转换为long?类型，会忽略这次值更新，导致属性保留最后一次有效的数值。要实现空输入对应null，需要自定义值转换器来处理空字符串与long?的双向转换。

步骤1：实现值转换器 #

创建一个实现IValueConverter接口的转换器，处理字符串和long?之间的转换逻辑：

配置完成后，当Entry内容被清空时，转换器会将空字符串转换为null并同步到MyProperty；当MyProperty为null时，Entry也会显示为空。
