Android Room无法获取单条用户数据问题求助

核心问题 #

你遇到的userById返回null的原因有两个：

1. LiveData未被观察，数据未完成收集：ViewModel中把Flow转为LiveData后直接调用user.value，但LiveData只有在通过observe()注册观察者时，才会触发底层Flow的数据收集逻辑，此时value还未被赋值，自然返回null。
2. Room查询无数据时会抛异常：当前Dao中getUserById返回Flow<User>，如果数据库中没有匹配userId的数据，Room会抛出NoSuchElementException，而非返回null，这也会导致后续逻辑异常。

具体修改步骤 #

1. 调整UserDao，让查询返回可空类型

修改Dao方法的返回值为Flow<User?>，避免无数据时抛出异常：

2. 修改ViewModel，返回LiveData而非同步取值

ViewModel不再直接返回User?，而是返回LiveData<User?>，让上层通过观察获取异步数据：

3. 在Activity中观察LiveData获取数据

点击按钮后，通过observe()监听LiveData的变化，再更新UI：

    vm.userById(1).observe(this) { user ->
        findViewById<TextView>(R.id.myText).text = user?.name ?: "User not found"
    }

补充说明 #

• LiveData是异步数据持有者，不能同步获取value，必须通过观察者模式等待数据发射后再处理。
• 如果需要在ViewModel层提前处理数据（比如直接返回用户名），可以借助Flow的操作符：

fun userById(userId: Int): LiveData<String> {
    return repo.userById(userId)
        .map { it?.name ?: "User not found" }
        .asLiveData()
}

此时Activity只需观察这个LiveData，直接设置文本即可。
