1. 检查nest-cli.json配置 #

确保你的common库在nest-cli.json的projects字段中配置正确，示例如下：

2. 验证库的入口文件导出逻辑 #

确保libs/common/src/index.ts正确导出所有需要对外暴露的内容，比如：

如果入口文件没有导出任何内容，构建后的index.js只会是空的模块包装代码（约100行左右）。

确保库中没有反向引用主应用的代码，所有依赖要么是内部其他已正确配置的库，要么是第三方npm包。跨项目的错误引用会导致构建时忽略部分代码。
