Word VBA脚本需求：批量设置表格单元格背景色及调试求助

原脚本的问题分析 #

• Word表格单元格的Range.Text默认包含单元格结束标记（ASCII码为Chr(13) + Chr(7)），直接和"1"/"2"字符串比较永远不匹配，这是脚本失效的核心原因。
• 仅处理了数值1和2的情况，未实现3（黄色）、4（红色）的需求。
• 使用了row/cell/table这类Word内置对象名称作为变量名，容易引发命名冲突。
• 重复的IsNumeric判断冗余，且因为单元格文本包含非数字标记，判断结果会出错。

• 变量名重命名：将table改为docTable、row改为tblRow、cell改为tblCell，避免与Word内置对象命名冲突。
• 优化判断逻辑：仅在当前背景色与目标色不同时才修改，减少不必要的操作。
