React Native本地推送通知后台/关闭状态不触发，需点击通知跳转应用

额外配置要点 #

Android端

• 在AndroidManifest.xml中添加必要权限：

• Android 12及以上版本必须创建通知通道，且通道importance需设为3（IMPORTANCE_DEFAULT）及以上，否则后台无法显示通知。

iOS端

• 在Info.plist中开启相关配置：
